House Rules

✓ 2-Day Minimum Stay

✓ 10:00 AM Check-In & Checkout

Please review these important guidelines to ensure a wonderful and safe stay at Fern Way Lodge.

Check-In & Out

Check-in starting at 10 AM. Departure is strictly by 10:00 AM to allow for luxury deep cleaning.

Children & Families

Families are warmly welcome. Parents must supervise children near hot tubs and outdoor fire pits.

Events & Parties

No unauthorized parties, commercial gatherings, or events. Max capacity must not exceed 10 guests.

Pets Guidelines

Well-behaved, pre-registered dogs are welcome. Keep pets off beds and wipe paws at the door.

Smoking Policy

Our lodge is 100% smoke-free. No smoking, vaping, or incense allowed indoors or on the front deck.

Quiet Hours

To respect our mountain valley neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Departure Checkout Checklist

List Item
Gather used towels and place in laundry basket.
Load and start dishwasher with provided detergent.
Check all closets and drawers for personal belongings.
Close and secure all doors and windows; lock up.

Why these steps matter:

Failing to complete basic checkout items heavily delays cleaning routines and compromises transition windows for future guests. Unapproved late checks are subject to incidental charges and negative host rating reviews.

Damage & Incidentals

We completely understand that genuine accidents happen. However, guests are held financially responsible for any broken items, deep-stains, structural damage, missing lodge accessories, or extra sanitization fees incurred during their stay.

Please report any issues to lodge management immediately so we can assist you and keep our high mountain standards intact.
